Terms & Conditions
Product
Product is subject to availability, and is based on the current
retail price. All quotes provided are valid for 30 days. If any
advertising error or omissions is discovered, zen one branded
products inc will make the appropriate corrections and notify
customers as soon as possible. Products be different from the
posted picture.
Additional charges
Additional charges may apply for oversized products and rush
orders. Due to the nature of the business, please allow 5% overruns
or under runs of quantities ordered and invoiced accordingly. Once
an order is processed any changes to the original order is subject
to approval and additional charges.
Art Work
Art work and product set-up fees apply $15.00 and up.
Only art work submitted in Vector format will be accepted. All
“new” art work set-up, requiring design and format $50.00 minimum
charge will apply per hour.
Shipping
Products are shipped from suppliers all across Canada, United
States, and overseas. Freight charges will apply.
Payment Policy
All applicable taxes apply.
All orders of more $500.00 require a 50% deposit, payable to Zen
One Branded Products Inc.
Balance is payable to receive product.
Late charges starting at 2% will apply after 30 days.
Samples
Charges will apply to any loss or damaged product. Samples
borrowed for sizing must be returned as soon as possible.
Unless otherwise noted all products are subject to availability.
Lead time may be 4-6 weeks for items not in stock, rush orders are
available.
